Pot grow removed from forest
LAKE WENATCHEE — A team of law-enforcement officers located and removed 2,550 marijuana plants in a grow on the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest near the Nason Creek rest area, just south of Highway 2, on Wednesday. No arrests were made, but the case is still under investigation, said Washington State Patrol Lt. Richard Wiley.
